Peter Wheeler represented by White Space Gallery in Auckland exhibits "Vitamin P", a collection of mural sized canvas paintings and works on paper reflecting the continuation of his recent work using imagery of war and brutality largely found in the media and internet source to pose the questions of what influnces society today. In turn he answers another question posed in "Vitamin P", is painting a dying art form for communication in "todays" society?
Terry Stringer, one of New Zealand's most acomplished and beloved sculptors, presents: " The Head is A Theatre of Dreams" a sophisticated interpretation of the tangled parallel strands in our lives, which he exposes through the medium of sculpture, in this case bronze. In each work he gives the viewer a collection of images related to each other, one after another, in a line, each successive image is linked to the next by a shared profile.
